Where do we ship?
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5-8 business days of dispatch. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy
We want you to love your ScrubMate. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
How to return an item
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order via our Contact page.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
